Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo state is once again trending. This time it is because he procured bicycles for civil servants working in the state secretariat.
The bicycles were delivered to the secretariat on Tuesday, March 9.
According to reports, the bicycles were purchased for use within the state secretariat and to ease vehicular traffic within the premises.
