Renowned author and novelist, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s late mother, has been laid to rest in her hometown, Abba, Njikoka Local Government Area of Anambra State.
The Late Mrs Grace Ifeoma Adichie was laid to rest yesterday, Saturday, May 1. She was the first female Registrar of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
Her funeral mass took place at the St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Abba with Bishop of Awka Catholic Diocese as the officiating minister.
Ivara Esege, Chimamanda’s husband was there to his wife and pay his last repest to his mother-in-law.
