Cubana Chief Priest has reacted to reports that his former boss, Obi Cubana is being detained by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Taking to his social media page, Cubana Chief Priest wrote:
“What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger, We Igbos are used to this…”
Obi Cubana has been detained since Monday at the Abuja headquarters of the EFCC over alleged money laundering and tax evasion
Although the EFCC is yet to release an official statement about the arrest, a source from the commission said, “Obi Cubana was arrested and brought to the EFCC headquarters on Monday afternoon over allegations of money laundering and tax fraud.”
