David Hundeyin slams journalist Chiagozie Nwonwu for BBC publication on Tinubu Certificate scandal

Popular Investigative journalist, David Hundeyin has slammed fellow journalist, Chiagozie Nwonwu for the publication on BBC which claims that there is no evidence that President Tinubu forged his certificate.

Chiagozie Nwonwu and his colleagues, Fauziyya Tukur and Olaronke Alo had released a publication on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 which elaborated how they didn’t find any evidence that showed that Tinubu forged his certificate. Read their publication HERE.

Reacting to the publication, David Hundeyin wrote on Twitter,

“Chiagozie Nwonwu and BBC Africa are a match made in heaven.
A pathetic pseudo-journalist and well-known APC sympathiser working for a state-funded propaganda outfit.
The good news is that everyone is free to ignore them. Rule #1 of the internet.”

In another post, David wrote:

“When I used Google cache to show that an old video was being passed off as a new one, the same Chiagozie Nwonwu wrote a “Fact check” on BBC Africa claiming that it is a new video because he ran a still frame from it through Google reverse image search and it had no matches.

He “fact-checked” a video file with a PNG reverse image search.

That’s the quality of “Fact checking” they do at
@BBCAfrica
. If you take them serious, that is your problem.”
