Drinking Alcohol Does Not Protect You From Coronavirus, WHO Warns

The World Health Organization (WHO) has made clarification on reports that alcohol cures or helps to fight coronavirus.

Recently, there has been social media stories which have propagated that drinking alcohol helps in the fight against the dreaded coronavirus which is presently tormenting the world.

Reacting to that, the World Health Organization said such a thing in untrue.

Taking to Twitter, the organization wrote; “FACT: Drinking alcohol DOES NOT protect you against #COVID19 and can be dangerous.

“Frequent or excessive alcohol consumption can increase your risk of health problems. #CovidNGR #COVID19Nigeria.”

Its a lie WHO, alcohol is a poison to the virus, who is an agent of coronavirus, they discouraging alcoholas antidote cos it will break their business, people think if 70% alcohol base of hand sanitiser can kill the virus, how about 2 shots of vodka or gin. Please lets help ourselves, we aren’t stupid. I had it last week and i drank excess alcohol and now am perfect. Fuck who please everyonr drink 2 shot of alcohol and maybe plus a strong anti malaria medication. Who can challenge me of they care.
