Event planners, others flown in from Dubai for Hanan Buhari’s wedding

It has been uncovered that the wedding ceremony of Hanan Buhari, one of the daughters of President Muhammadu Buhari, and her husband, Mohammad Turad Sha’aban who is son of an ex-lawmaker from Kaduna State, Mohammed Turad, had event planners flown from overseas.

According to SaharaRepoters the event planners for the wedding were flown in from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to add colour and spice to the ceremony.

Recall that in August there were speculations that the First Lady traveled to Dubai in a private jet to shop for luxury items ahead of the daughter’s wedding.

A source revealed to the news platform that most of the items including souvenirs used for the occasion were brought in from the Arabian country.

The wedding saw the event planners and other vendors flown in from Dubai receiving huge pay for their services apart from the cost of bringing them into the country.

SaharaReporters added that the importation of the vendors from Dubai also flouted the ban in non-essential travels in and out of Nigeria at the time.
