Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State is very happy and thankful about the success of the APC presidential rally that held in Owerri on Tuesday.
Okorocha particularly thanked “President Muhammadu Buhari and leaders of the All Progressives Congress, APC, for the huge success of the presidential rally”.
“The governor also thanked Imo people and the Daniel Nwafor-led APC members in the State for the wonderful role they played for the success of the rally, especially their avowed display of hospitality and dispositions for peace.”
The governor expressed this appreciation in a statement released on Thursday by his Chief Press Secretary, Sam Onwuemeodo.
The Press statement further states: “His Excellency equally in every special way, expressed profound gratitude to all the members and leaders of the new Political Order in the State today, called Perfect Alliance, under the able leadership of Uche Nwosu, the governorship Candidate of Action Alliance, (AA) for their enviable contributions to the success story of the Presidential rally.”
“The governor, in the same manner, commended the Security Agencies in the State for their outstanding commitment towards ensuring that the rally was hitch-free.”
“He said the President’s speech that APC members should vote for the Candidate of their choice, only showed the President’s love for the State and an indication that the President wants the best for the people of the State.”
