The attack on Damboa town in Borno state on Wednesday, March 4, by the Boko Haram terrorists led to the death of a young Nigerian soldier, Haruna Banana.
The insurgents had stormed the community, shooting sporadically and engaging the Nigerian military for hours before they were dispelled.
Unfortunately, Haruna paid the supreme price during the attack.
