Kingsley Moghalu, a former deputy governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria and a 2023 Presidential hopeful has said that he forgot to inform President Muhammadu Buhari of his intention to run for the the number one seat in the next general election.
Moghalu made the comment on Twitter on Wednesday morning following the news that APC National leader, Bola Tinubu and Governor of Ebonyi state, Dave Umahi have both met the president to inform him of their intentions to succeed him.
Taking to Twitter, Moghalu who had said he will run for president in 2023 under African Democratic Congress (ADC), wrote: “I forgot to inform President Buhari that I am running for President. But I informed Nigerians, of whom he is one, so no wahala!”
