The key state of Georgia turned blue in a major turn of events as Democratic condidate, Joe Biden overtakes US President Donald Trump in the state.
The votes counted tally in Georgia now shows that Biden has the lead in the state by 917 votes.
If Biden maintains the lead till the end, President Trump will no longer have a chance to secure 270 collage votes. This will then give way for Biden to be declared winner to the fiercely fought election.
