A new born baby has been abandoned at the popular Mile 3 axis, Ikwerre road in Port Harcourt. The baby is seen placed in a carton and left by the pedestrian walk path, near a refuse dump site. Facebook user, Vicky Thompson who shared the post has called on the relevant authorities to go and do the needful immediately.
