The former govenor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha has been sighted at the premises of the National Assembly premises at 7:40. am ahead the inauguration.
Okorocha was declared winner of the Imo West Senatorial District but was not issued certificate of return by INEC.
Although a federal high court in Abuja on Friday ordered that Okorocha be given his return certificate. INEC is yet to comply with the directive.
Unfortunately, Okorocha was not accredited by the National Assembly management to attend the inauguration.
