The All progressives Congress (APC) in Kaduna State conducted a screening exercise that looked more like an exam for the chairmanship aspirants of the 23 Local Government Areas of the state.
The exercise took place today, April 21 ahead of the forthcoming LGA Primary and General elections to be held in the state.
