The Biafran War ended 49 years ago. However, from time to time we are reminded never to forget when we listen stories of happenings during the war or see items that were used.
Good or bad, the war is an important part of our history and we most learn to cherish and preserve that part of our history, too.
So, you can appreciate the excitement of this lady who found a lot of Biafran currencies in her father’s cupboard and decided to preserve them.
The excited lady took to Facebook to share photos of the money and wrote:
I found BIAFRA NOTES in my Dad’s cupboard today!!.. It’s so many. I’m here thinking how rich I would be if it was Nigerian currencies
