Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has announced that the remains of late Flying Officer Tolulope Arotile, NAF’s first female combat helicopter pilot, will be laid to rest with full military honours at the National Military Cemetery in Abuja on Thursday, July 23.
This was disclosed in a statement released by the Director of Public Relations and Information of the Nigerian Air Force, Air Commodore Ibikunle Daramola.
Tolulope died on Tuesday, 14th July, 2020 from head injuries sustained in an auto accident at the NAF base in Kaduna state.
