Nigerian Twitter users often go on war of words with Ghanaian or South African Twitter users. However, in an unprecedented turn, Ugandan Twitter users decided jump into the ring to battle Nigerians.
It started when a Ugandan Twitter user called out Nigeria for having a ‘childish sense of entitlement’ over the African continent. She went further to claim that ‘Uganda is a way better country than Nigeria politically, geographically, socially.’
Nigerians then came for her and even reminded her that she had tweeted recently that she dreams of vising Nigeria. With the trigger pulled, Nigerians and Ugandans started dragging one another and their countries. Below are some of the hilarious tweets as #UGANIG trends on Twitter.
