Author and former presidential aide, Reno Omokri has urged Nigerian youths to consider fielding Singer Davido for the office of the President.
This comes days after the singer announced the donation of N250 million to orphanages across the country.
Omokri said this on Monday via his Twitter handle. He added that the youths will be shocked “at how people will troop out to vote”.
He wrote:
“How old was Gowon when he became Nigeria’s Head of State? Just 31! Yet, Nigeria made her best progress under him. The Youth Party should look to someone like Davido. If they field Davido for President, they will be shocked at how people will troop out to vote YDPN!“
