Fitness expert cum interior decorator, Amarachi Kanu, wife of Nigerian football legend, Kanu Nwankwo, has revealed how the former Arsenal striker and Super Eagles’ captain proposed marriage to her the first time they met.
As the couple mark their 17th wedding anniversary today, Amara shared a throwback photo which has created a buzz online especially with the reply she gave her husband back then when she didn’t believe him. According to her, Kanu walked up to her and said “I have come to marry you’ which she replied “why… pls don’t come near me.”
