A lady has expressed astonishment after spotting a man believed to be a member of the Marriage Monitoring Team in Rivers State.
The lady known on Twitter as Kirikenu Toku shared the photo and explained that the Marriage Monitoring Team was set up to monitor wedding ceremonies in the State in consonance with COVID-19 safety and preventive protocols.
Their job will primarily focus on ensuring social distancing at wedding ceremonies.
