Ceec, former BBNaija All Stars housemate has taken to social media to congratulate Ilebaye, the winner of the reality TV show.
Ceec who could not hide her amazement after she was evicted as the second runner-up during the finale, took to her Instastories to congratulate Ilebaye whom she defined as ‘’Small pepper.”
She shared a photo of Ilebaye receiving a cheque for the N120 million cash prize.
