Super cop Abba Kyari returns to Police as IGP lifts his Suspension

Abba Kyari, the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) dubbed, Super cop, has been reportedly reinstated into the police force after he was suspended some months ago due to his indictment in the ongoing fraud case against Hushpuppi.

A report by the Federal Bureau of Investigation FBI in the US alleged that Abba Kyari collected about N8 million from Hushpuppi to help effect the arrest and detention of his rival, Chibuzo Kelly Vincent, following a disagreement from a fraud deal they embarked upon.

Following the wild media coverage of the case and the outrage expressed by Nigerians who called for his removal from the NPF, the IGP announced Kyari’s suspension and ordered internal investigation into the matter.

However, the latest news now is that a police officer under the IRT department, who is one of Abba Kyari’s loyalists has confirmed that the supercop has been reinstated.

Although the Police is yet to officially confirmed this, a popular Instagram blogger also shared the news online.
