Turkish fans name German restaurant after Nigerian Daniel Amokachi (Photos)

Turkish fans of football legend, Daniel Amokachi have honoured him by naming their new restaurant opened in Germany after the Nigerian football legend.

The excited former Super Eagles player took to his social media page to share the pleasant news of being celebrated by his foreign fans.

Amokachi was one of the best forwards during his active playing time both in clubs and for he country.

The 48-year-old started his football career on the streets of Kaduna before being given the chance to join Ranchers Bees in 1989 from where he moved to Club Brugge.

After leaving Club Brugge, the Nigerian star moved to Premier League side Everton and played 43 games scoring 10 goals for the English club.

Before he retired from football, Amokachi won the 1994 Nations Cup with Nigeria, he played 44 games for the Super Eagles netting 13 goals.

Taking to his official Instagram page, the football veteran shared photos of the restaurant which he said is located in Hanover, Germany and thanked those in charge for the honour given to him.

He captioned the post:
