The Supreme Court has dismissed an appeal filed by Leonard Okolienta against the nomination of Uche Nwosu as the authentic governorship candidate of the Action Alliance (AA) in Imo State.
Okolienta had approached the Supreme Court after his suits at the High Court and Owerri Division of the Court of Appeal were dismissed.
The Supreme Court judgement brings to an end, every pre-election suit against the candidacy of the Eziama-Obaire born politician.
