A disturbing video of newly recruited Nigerian soldiers has been shared online and many are wondering the kind of training they got.
In the video, the soldiers who were obviously excited to have made it into the Army were asked to give advice to civilians. Each of the soldiers who were captured advised civilians to be careful of them henceforth, otherwise, they will be flogged and dealt with thoroughly.
Some netizens wondered the kind of training that the soldiers were given as they obviously didn’t speak like they got professional training. Many others also asked if the Nigerian Army has degenerated downwards that much to have produced such undisciplined soldiers who didn’t seem to be interested in serving their fatherland.
