Keniebi Okoko’s Media team Reacts to news of his ‘Death and Resurrection’

The report of the sudden death of Bayelsa billionaire businessman and politician, Keniebi Okoko was received with a rude shock.

We reported earlier that the young vibrant politician who is also a serving pastor under Pastor David Ibeyieome of the Salvation Ministrie had died yesterday, April 14 while undergoing a liposuction surgery at an undisclosed hospital in Lagos State.

It was gathered that he died in the theater room because of power outage, as the back up generator refused to come up.

The news of Okoko’s death, which filtered in on Tuesday evening, threw the Ijaw nation into mourning following the deceased’s antecedent as a philantropitst.

But confusion befell everyone on Wednesday morning when some persons reported that Okoko came back to life again following the intervention of the prominent Port Harcour-based Pastor, David Ibiyeomie, who reportedly told medical attendants not to take him to the morgue yet.

The development forced the people of Obunagha, his home community, to troop to the streets in celebration.

Many of his associates and members of his church even took to social media to celebrate his ‘Resurrection’.

Reacting to the conflicting reports and confusion, the media team of Keniebi Okoko begged the members of the public to exercise patience and let the family members speak on the issue at the appropriate time.

  1. This is quite unfortunate! May his soul rest in peace. But I’m shocked that this Benedict Olusola is still operating on people! He was banned from performing surgeries here in the U.S due to several cases of malpractice and for not being a licensed surgeon! The MD license he had was revoked in America! How do hospitals in Nigeria just allow any doctor to operate on their patients without proper background check? This is pure carelessness in the hand of a quack who is not licensed to perform surgery! So sad that this man just died in the hand of a greedy, desperate, untrained, and reckless quack who failed to ensure his patient gets enough oxygen during surgery. These are the US reject doctors who leave here and go to exploit unsuspecting people in Nigeria because of low standards there. The family should keep this quack behind bars.
