Activist and social critic, Aisha Yesufu has reacted to new reports of the killings that have happened in Abia, Enugu and Benue and other parts of Nigeria.
In a post she shared on X, she asked Nigerians to hold President Tinubu accountable instead of constantly telling fellow citizens to “arm themselves while allowing the State to continue to abdicate its responsibilities.”
Her post reads,
“No where is safe in Nigeria. We must stop telling people to arm themselves while allowing the State to continue to abdicate its responsibilities. The bucks stops at the President’s table and someone rigged to be declared president. Hold that person accountable!!!!!!”
