President Mohammadu Buhari is a special Guest of Honour at the Inauguration ceremony of President Macky Sall of Senegal. The event is well attended by other African leaders at the Diamniadio Exhibition Centre on Tuesday.
President Buhari was accompanied by Governors Mohammed Abubakar, Nasir El-Rufai and Tanko Al-Makura of Bauchi, Kaduna and Nasarawa States respectively.
