Tinubu promises million jobs in first 24 months

Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has promised to create one million jobs in the first 24 months, if elected.

Tinubu made the promise in absentia through former Lagos Deputy Governor, Otunba Femi Pedro.

Pedro gave the assurance in Abuja when he explained Timubu’s manifesto at a one-way symposium.

According to Pedro, Tinubu has 12 key economic points to get Nigeria out of the current economic doldrum.

Other key economic activities that Tinubu will implement, he said, include: to bring back manufacturing companies like Dunlop that left the country many years ago; resuscitate the commodity boards; empower women; expand infrastructure provision and curtail the run- away inflation.

  1. I think Tinubu is currently the Jagaban of APC and he pertakes in all Buhari administration . He who cannot make efforts to secure 1 million jobs for Nigerians in 8 years how can he secure 1 million jobs for Nigerians in just 24 months. May Allah give us the right president to this country.
