A popular Ghanaian TV news anchor, Serwaa Amihere has advocated for policy makers to enact laws that will see rapist get stiffer punishments and those who molest toddlers to have their manhood cut off.
With incessant reports on defilement of children, even babies, one can imagine Serwaa’s anger when she tweeted: “What comes over some men to defile babies as young as 3? We need to cut off their penis!”.
