Read Vanessa Bryant’s plea to the media ahead of Kobe and Gigi’s remembrance

Vanessa Bryant, widow of late NBA legend, Kobe Bryant, has made a passionate plea to the media on airing or making posts about his remembrance with consideration.

Kobe died in a horrific helicopter crash alongside his daughter Gianna (Gigi) and 7 others in Southern California, on January 26, 2020.

Since Kobe and Gigi’s passing, Vannesa has don’t a lot to keep the beautiful memory of the father and daughter alive. In late February, she made a touching speech in their honor in front of thousands of people inside the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

As the rememberance day approaches, there is a huge chance that some media outlets will start sharing photos from the accident. So, Vannessa is expressly pleading that they spare the family the pain of living that horrible moment again.

See her post below.

She also shared a post recently where she opened up about the pain of living in grief and how she dealt with the thoughts of suicide and found a ‘reason to live’ in her daughters.
