Popular singer, Tobechukwu Victor Okoh popularly known as Peruzzi has declared that a penniless man has no right to be horny.
Peruzzi who is cousin to Davido’s fiancee, Chioma Rowland and rumoured to be dating BBNaija’s Cee-C, caused a stir on Twitter with his remark as some accused him of being poor until Davido picked him up. While one inquired if he did the same when he was poor.
