Residents of Okwu Uratta, Owerri North LGA of Imo State on Wednesday morning beheld the lifeless body of a young man found inside an open drainage.
Since insecurity increased in the state, it has almost become common for citizens to wake up and find lifeless body of a young person caught up in a gun battle between security agents and unknown gunmen.
This morning, residents gathered near a drainage where the body of a yet to be identified young man was found. As at the time of filing this report, it was not clear if he was a victim of the gun battle that took place on Tuesday night between security agents and unknown gunmen.
In the video which has now been shared online, a woman is seen crying profusely as she rushes toward the corpse while a voice a the background reveal that the woman could be the wife of the victim.
