Former vice president of Nigeria and the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the last election, Atiku Abubakar has been spotted at a restaurant in Dubai.
Recall that the former vice president was in Onitsha, Anambra State during weekend for the funeral rites of his father-in-law, Late Chief Anthony Iwenjiora.
