A Catholic parish located in Chawai, in the Kauru Local Government Area of Kaduna State has been attacked by suspected bandits.
The attackers who stormed the parish on Sunday night, kidnapped the parish priest and killed his cook.
The kidnapped parish priest, has been identified as Rev Fr Joseph Shekari.
The kidnappers are yet to make any contact with the parish house or the family of the abducted priest.
