A Federal High Court on Tuesday affirmed Douye Diri as the authentic winner of the 3rd September 2019 Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship primary election in Bayelsa state.
According TVC news, Justice Tijani Ringim in a judgment which lasted for about two hours, dismissed the case that the Plaintiff, Timi Alaibe failed to prove his case.
