A Nigerian court has rejected the divorce request of a couple and resolved their dispute after the husband impregnated the wife while the divorce process was still on.
The couple who were set to divorce were kept on hold by the Nigerian Law court because of the covid-19 virus but the husband had been sleeping with his wife and had earned her full consent while at it. This has led her to become pregnant amidst a divorce trial.
