These Fulani men pledged to gift a cow to the President if he wins the election. Well, The president has been declared the winner of the 2019 presidential election and has been issued his certificate of return by INEC.
The men have then come forth to redeem their pledge. The Deputy Governor of Niger State, Alh Mohammed Ketso received the gift on behalf of the President.
