United States District Court for the Central District of California has issued a warrant of arrest for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to track down Nigeria’s deputy commissioner of police, Abba Kyari.
Judge Otis Wright ordered FBI to produce Kyari in the United States for his role in a multi-million dollar fraud perpetrated by Ramon ‘Hushpuppi’ Abbas, a notorious Nigerian fraudster.
