A little something to start your day with.
By Salvation.
Jesus sat on the right hand..
We must understand that that “sitting” is representational for us..
He calls his sitting, our sitting.
1Ti 2:5 says it this way: “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
“He’s the in between.
That’s what guarantees your salvation.
Ephesians 2:4-6 succinctly puts it thus;
4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) note
6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:Don’t assume they mean you have a chair there.. Notice he said we are sitting inside of Christ Jesus
His sitting is thus your sitting!!
Man as a natural body from earth is not playing any role in the heavens..
Just as God made one Adam in Eden, to represent Men..He also made one Christ in the heavens to represent Men..
It’s the LAW OF REPRESENTATION!!
Where one man represents Men!!
God can’t represent Men!
Spirits can’t represent Men!
A man has to represent Men!
So notice, in case you missed it..
1Ti 2:5 says:
“For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the MAN Christ Jesus;
“That passes a message!
Until the representer dies, the represented is secure!!
If the one representing messes up, just like Adam, he distorts the posture or image of the represented..
So notice, Romans 11:16 says..
16 For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy..
“It’s the Law of Representation!
But Glory to God..
Jesus cannot be faulty!!
He’s representing us in the heavens..
But what about Earth?
Psa 115:16 explains
The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD’S: but the earth hath he given to the children of men.
He explains that sons are custodians of the earth..
Jesus here on earth explained that..
John 6:46
Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of God, he hath seen the Father..The man born of God has seen the father..
The world hasn’t seen him..
So they don’t understand Him..
Don’t blame an unbeliever for messing up sir..
He can only express the dimensions of his sight..
A lot of us are expecting good conduct from an unbeliever..
This mindset has helped us blame them, and become irresponsible ourselves..Listen! THE BELIEVER IS THE ONLY MAN LICENSED BY GOD TO CARRY OUT THE EXPRESSIONS OF HIS NATURE ON EARTH.
Normally..
I blame myself for the wrong in the world..
Cos if I have seen Him, I should do better, and teach the world to do better..
Friends!!
The moment Thomas saw Him, He packed his bags and went to set India on fire! So, if I’m born again, I’ve seen Him!
But then, “seeing” in scripture is a present continuous term..
It’s not once and for all.
If I want to express Him rightly, I must make sure I am seeing rightly..
I hope I continue tomorrow in how this can work..
But for now, can we ask the Lord for a burden to see him properly..
Else the world would lose the knowledge soon, that Christians walked the face of this earth..
