Imo state government on Tuesday, July 13, sealed off Rochas Foundation College in Orji, Owerri North Local Government area of the state.
The contentious property is said to be 48 hectares of land belonging to Imo Broadcasting Cooperation (IBC) but allegedly illicitly acquired by Rochas Okorocha when he was governor of the state.
