Terkula Alukwase Fidelia, a Nigerian woman, has called off her wedding over alleged cheating by her husband.
The lady announced the cancellation in a Facebook post on Saturday, October 4, 2025, the day the wedding was supposed to hold.
According to the Benue woman, she made the decision after finding out that her fiancé has allegedly been sleeping with her best friend, a “betrayal that cuts deeper and left her in short of words.”
“I choose to leave in order to live”
“Wedding Cancelled!! Today was meant to be my wedding day, but instead, I stand here making a different announcement. I just discovered that my ex-fiancé has been sleeping with my best friend. This betrayal cuts deeper than words can explain, and it’s a red flag I cannot overlook. I have choose not to settle for lies. I choose to leave in order to live,” she wrote.
Two days earlier, she had earlier announced that she “found love again” and ready to settle down.
