General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Pastor Enoch Adeboye has made a post on Twitter, thereby going against the Federal government’s ban on the use Twitter in Nigeria.
The Nigerian government had announced the suspension of all activities of Twitter in Nigeria. Attorney-general of the Federation, Abubakar Malami went furter to order the prosecution of any Nigerian still using the micro-blogging site.
In a series of tweets on his personal twitter handle, Adeboye wrote; “The Redeemed Christian Church of God is domiciled in more than 170 Nations & Territories. The tweets here are in accordance to Article 19 of the UN universal declaration of Human Rights.”
