The body of former President Muhammadu Buhari has been laid to rest in Daura, his hometown in Katsina after Islamic prayers led by chief Imam of Daura.
The body was earlier received at the Umaru Musa Yar’Adua International Airport by President Bola Tinubu and the entire state and federal government officials who have gathered to pay him the Last Respect.
He was laid to rest at his favourite place to be in his house, where he usually sat to host friends, catch a moment of solitude.
