Residents who are tired of losing their wires to thieves have taken the law into their own hands after catching a man alleged to be responsible for stealing their wires.
In a video now shared online, the residents who tied up and hanged the man to a stick are heard talking to the suspected thief and asking him what he would do now that he has been caught.
In response, the suspect stated that he would pay for the wires he stole and begged them to release him from the rope that was choking him.
