See how Twitter users rallied round to save a man who want to commit suicide

Twitter users rallied round to save a man who took to the micro-blogging platform to give a hint of his intention to take his life.

The Twitter user took to the platform to send out a couple of suicidal tweets that caused everyone to worry. Fortunately, they succeeded in preventing him from following through.

“This might be my last tweet,” he wrote.

Twitter users responded by sending him encouraging messages. Those who had his number reached out to him while others sent him direct messages on Twitter.

But it only got worse as he later shared a tweet hinting at jumping off the Falomi bridge.

“Falomo Bridge, VI… Goodbye,” he tweeted.

It appears Nigerians were able to reach out to police in the area and they succeeded in stopping him.

He gave an update in the morning, revealing he’s in a better place.
