The presidential candidate of Labour Party, Peter Obi has been spotted in Cairo, during his visit to New Capital Power Plant in New Cairo, Egypt.
He was captured as he interacted with the top Executives and Engineers of the company.
According to reports, the plant currently generates 4800 megawatts of electricity.
