An accident occurred in Umundula in Orji, Owerri North Local Government Area of Imo State on Saturday night, December 12, 2020.
An Eyewitness who spoke exclusively with Expressiveinfo stated that the accident happened at 07:45pm.
The eyewitness who spoke on condition of anonymity narrated that a bus driver was trying to avoid the street bump that was on his lane since the bump was only on one side of the road.
In the process of taking the wrong land which had no bump, the bus clashed with a bike that was coming in the opposite direction. The bike was knocked into the nearby drainage.
Fortunately, no life was lost and the driver of the bike and his passenger didn’t sustain any serious injury.
