Popular On-Air Personality, Toke Makinwa has taken legal action against a top media platform, PM News, over reports that her home has been seized by the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria, AMCON.
The rumoured report claimed that her home in Banana Island was taken over by AMCON after her alleged sugar daddy who gave her the house got terribly indebted.
The story trended on social media, with many people making her a laughing stock.
Toke later cleared the air in a statement released by her publicist, Andrea Manuela Giaccaglia, saying that she owns no house in Banana Island and that she is the sole owner of her Ikoyi house.
Now, Toke has given PMNews 24 hours to apologise for publishing the false news or face legal action.
