The petition that was filed by the NNPP Governorship Candidate Sani Yahaya against Agbu Kefas has been dismissed by the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Jalingo, Capital of Taraba State on September 30, 20203.
The petition was declared as one without merit according to the presiding judge, Justice G.A Sunmonu who passed the judgement.
The Tribunal has now declared Governor Agbu Kefas as duly elected Governor.
