Twitter users mock Adamu Garba for failing to appear in Court after suing Twitter’s Jack Dorsey over #EndSARS

Adamu Garba, a former presidential aspirant of the All Progressives Congress, has failed to show up in court after suing the founder of Twitter, Jack Dorsey for supporting the #EndSARS Protest.

In the suit filed in the Federal High Court, Abuja, Garba demanded that Dorsey pay a fine of $1bn in favour of Federal Republic of Nigeria as compensation for loss of lives, properties and convenience as a result of his support for funding the #EndSARS campaign after the issues of police brutality and extrajudicial killings have been attended to by the government.

It turned out that neither Garba nor his lawyers were present in court when the case was called for hearing on Wednesday.

Human Rights lawyer, Tope Akinyode took to Twitter to reveal that he was in court to defend the lawsuit but Garba and his lawyers didn’t show up. Following the comment, Twitter users began to mock Garba for disappearing after filing the suit. See the tweets below.
